I brought Chloe, my 16 year old, almost completely deaf and blind, Miniature Pinscher here. Usually, Chloe is really persnickety and hates any grooming procedures. When we attempt to bathe her ourselves she has to have a spoonful of peanut butter to distract her. For nail trims, Chloe needs to be completely wrapped in a towel with only one paw at a time free. Otherwise, she is like a Tasmanian Devil and would try to escape. We had also tried at a different corporate location and Chloe was unable to be groomed completely because of her stress levels, which was not surprising! I called here at 1:30 and explained that we had been unable to trim her nails and they were tragically long. They said Chloe could come in for a bath and nail trim at 2:30. After handing Chloe off to Robin, I could not believe my eyes when I saw Robin holding her, while Sarah trimmed her nails! Robin then took Chloe for a bath and I was again shocked that she was fine during the bath. In all, I think I was there for maybe 20 minutes total. Chloe was so calm that Sarah joked she kind of made a liar out of me because of how horrible I said she usually behaves and Sara was completely correct. I truly appreciate their willingness to help us at the last minute due to the state Chloe’s nails were in. More importantly, she has lovely trimmed nails, is clean, smells so much better, and seemed to actually enjoy her “spa treatments”! I cannot emphasize enough how quick and easy the entire experience was compared to our usual routine. Chloe’s now asleep as if it was just her usual day. Thank you so much! Do you accept all dog sizes and breeds?

Absolutely! We welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome for nail trims, ear cleaning, and brushing only.

What information do I need to provide before my first grooming appointment?

All we ask is that you provide your vet's information. Other than that, you're good to go!
